ORDERS – SHIPPING – RETURNS

Which currency am I being charged in?
All prices displayed are originally in USD - United States Dollar.

You will see a converted price in Canadian Dollar (wherever applicable)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
We have shipped our cards to over 30 countries!

Do you charge tax?
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped within Canada(varying by province).

When will my order ship? 
We process your order with a lot of love and send it out within 2-3 days of payment, from our studio in Mississauga, Canada.
If you need an item shipped quickly, please let us know and we will get to it asap!
 
How will my order be shipped? When will it reach me?
We will send you an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped.
All orders will be shipped using Canada Post.
You’ll be un-wrapping your order within:
Canada: 3-7 days** Covid Delays!
US: 7-10 working days
Rest of the World: 2-4 weeks. 

Heads up! - All (if any) duties/customs fee on arrival is your responsibility. 

Do you offer tracking? 
Not yet!  
However, if you have any specific needs concerning your item's shipping (for example, insurance, expedited service, etc.) simply let us know and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. 

What is your return policy?
Lost or damaged product – no problem!
We will gladly replace or refund your item.

Heads up! - refunds only apply on the product price.

Is my transaction secure?
Yes! We take the security of personal + payment info seriously. Your checkout is processed over a secure trusted server, and we don't store your credit card info. All the info you provide is used solely to get your order to you, and if necessary, contact you about your order.

DESIGN - PRODUCTION - COMMISSION

Do you draw each card by hand!?
Each one of our products starts off as an acrylic/ gouache painting.
It is then carefully digitized and color corrected to look as vibrant as the original, after which it goes off to print at our local printing studio. Get an in-depth look into our process.

What kind of paper do you use?
We use natural white heavy-weight, 100% recycled stock for almost all our products.
Our Archival prints are printed on museum quality archival cotton paper.
We are making dedicated efforts in keeping our studio as green as possible.

Can I change the color of X – add Y – remove Z on the designs?
We are so sorry! But we’re not able to change/customize any of our products.
We hope you still find something you like!

But! If you are looking at 70-100+ pieces and can wait to receive your custom order (4+ weeks) please do get in touch with us for more info and pricing.

Can I add a personalized message in the card?
Yes!
And it’ll be hand written!
Please add the message the notes to seller section during checkout, and we will be happy to do so!

Do you do freelance illustration or commission work?
Yes we do!
But it depends on the project and our availability – please get in touch with us and we will get back to you!
